This blog was created at the request of my sister. According to her instructions I am expected to keep the family up to date on "My Caribbean Adventures" by regularly posting entries along with photos. My first thought was WHAT?! A blog? A postcard isn't good enough? Personally, I think the traditional postcard is the way to go. The picture has been taken for you, the tiny writing space does not shame you into coming up with more than "Wish you were here", and best of all no one else besides the addressee and the mailman will read it.

Seriously, I think the Blog is a great way for families and friends to view vacation photos and read the stories in bits and pieces at their leisure; saving us all from the dreaded and drawn out slide show of the past.

With all that said......
